We run a number of fitness classes that are adapted to every ones unique level of fitness.
Our Classes are all based on Strength & conditioning.
On Monday nights let your abs be the focal point! From 6-7pm it’s ‘HARDCORE’ with Chris. During the hour he will concentrate on all the Core Muscles of the Abdomen.  A sergeant major when it comes to technique –Chris will insist that correct posture and alignment is present to the best of your ability. Combining all elements of balance, stability, flexibility and strength through out this intense session- For everyone in the fitness game.
Lean 360 ‘ on Tuesday nights with Ciara is a Full Body Burn. Incorporating the key elements of Strength and conditioning and all your Functional movements.  You will be challenged anaerobically and aerobically. Lift weights, pull weights, push weights, and challenging body weight exercises. All weights and exercises will be modified to suit your individual level whether a beginner or a fitness fanatic. Finishing with some relaxation to calm the body down and recharge.
On Wednesday it’s about time to get ‘RIPPED’ with Mark. Known to never hold back! This class will deliver you  a whole new level of fitness .It will offer a high calorie burn factor and will contribute to fast results . This Highly energetic suspension based class is full to the hilt of exciting, intense, but doable exercises. You’re gonna ‘Burn Baby Burn’!
Thursdays is the turn for  another Total body workout . The ‘Dirty Dozen’ consists of at  least 12 of your favorite exercises mashed up in a bustling circuit based session. Incorporating  many types of training including endurance, muscular strength, core integration, stability and flexibility. A suitably Intense 3 rounds!
The ‘Hour of Power’ is our most prized session! This is the Gin to your Tonic! With at least two coaches pushing you through your paces there is no hiding the might of Doireann, Katie , Chris and Mark. Which dynamic duo you will encounter is the question! You are guaranteed the ultimate experience of , energy, motivation, intensity, challenge,  calorie burning, muscle tingling –so much so we will even give you a 3 min break in the middle! You shall sweat and you shall return – it’s addictive! 2 rounds of our finest circuit in the Fitness Factory on our ground floor!
