How to Get Started

First off you will book a consultation with us at a time that suits you.

Our consultations wont take longer than 30 minutes.

Here we will have a chat about your lifestyle and what it is you would like to achieve and indeed to figure out the approach that would best suit the targets you want to meet.

You will fill out a Health Screen Form

We will also chat about your current diet habits so we can prescribe you with a bespoke Nutrition Plan

We will take your Body Analysis details through checking your weight and recording your Body Fat

It is then optional to have your before pictures taken which of course is only to be used for your own benefit to compare results down the line

Then you are ready to get booked in for your first Personal Training session with us!
Our Programmes
All our training sessions are 30 minutes and generally 2 to 3 sessions per week is what we recommend- but of course we can tailor this to suit your current lifestyle.
We offer 1-1 Personal Training, which is the best option if you have a very specific target in mind. Focusing on your strengths and addressing your weakness are all part of the ‘bettering yourself’ idea and our attention to detail will slingshot you onto the correct path.
Our T30 Training Programme, simply put, is 1 – 3 clients per 1 Trainer.
